[Misa directs her pacing toward a cupboard and throws a pill bottle in Lazarus's general direction, still muttering angrily as she fetches a glass of water for him.]
How many times is he going to get played by that thing? At this point it's his own fault!

He's hurting. He's an easy target. The same thing happens with cults... they recruit people at their low points.

Don't defend him. He has no right to be upset about us... He left, you two broke up. We didn't do anything wrong. And it was over a year ago.

I don't think he has the right to be angry, but... if he was hoping to get back together at some point, you can see how this would be kind of crushing. I asked if it was awkward, and he said it was very awkward.
I don't know what his litmus test is, but... considering it's me, it must have been pretty awkward.
